After taking a few years off when I left a 20 year career in nursing, I decided to return to school and study massage therapy. I knew the importance and the power of touch and wanted a new career in which to care for people.
I have completed the massage therapy program at Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave, Virginia. I received my certification from the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice massage therapy. I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
